A. Prices truly depend on the item, quantity, color, artwork and mostly the quality.
Q. Do you offer embroidery and silkscreening?
A. Embroidery - yes, Silkscreening - 1 to 8 colors
Q. What brands do you sell?
A.We are able to get almost any brand you are looking for. From Fruit of the loom to Culter and Buck.
Q. Do I need to have my own artwork? If available, can you use my artwork?
A. Artwork can be created for you. Available artwork is very helpful and will save you money. The quality of camera ready art and formatting of art on disc is important, Most art can simply be e-mailed.
Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. Not Always... Minimums are very important to keep cost per item down especially on small items such as pens, keychaines, magnets, frizbees, etc.
Q. Does it take a long time to get an order?
A. Oh, a trick question! Everyone's order is different, but if you have useable artwork and know what you want, things can move very quickly! Repeat orders are even faster and cheaper.
Q. Do I have to be in my own business to get something printed?
A. No, of course not! Special events like Family Reunions, Charity Events and Fund Raisersare very popular.
Q. Can you ship out of state?
A. Yes.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Yes, Visa and Mastercard
Q. Do I have to pay for my order in advance?
A. On your first order and on large orders or overseas orders, we require 50% in advance.
Q. Is there sales tax?
A. Only if your in Illinois and you don't have a tax resale ID#.
Q. Do I pay for shipping.
A. Yes, we will always do our best to keep the charges to a minimum. Specials are often available that include shipping or have fixed rate.
